why after market or before market orders are not allowed which was earlier allowed in ODIN platform

@AngelOne & PMs- I second this requirement. Pleas evaluate the priority and include this in the backlog of your PDLC to incorporate this important EPIC to become a part of your product feature. EPIC “Integration of AngelOne Web with TradingView”.
This feature if added will be one of the priority features very useful for your clients.

You can select various candle timeframes from the top header on the Charts in both Mobile and Web applications, ranging from intraday resolutions 1 min to 1 month.

Yes Occasionally but not sure. and after some times the values are seen equal in phone and PC

@vedant_shelat @Arun11 This is the expected behavior, as chart prices may change within seconds when switching timeframes, so we reload the charts with updated prices

I turned to AngelOne having being old Firm but but after using from 6 months or more (Don’t know how I’m using it) I faced lot of difficulties trading with AngelOne.
And i do see many people face similar problems still it is not getting fixed.
Problems :

  1. Keeping chart idle for minutes it get stuck so i need to refresh the page several times to see where market/candles are moving.
  2. All drawings are gone. Previous day we try to do Technical Analysis for upcoming market trend and next day if we open our angelone account poof all my drawings are gone (even if i do not log off or clear my cookies.).
  3. My saved Technical indicator setup gone. Whenever i do new login (say new device or cleared cookies)
  4. In 4 way chart i opened different scrips , Recently i discovered new issue that whenever i chart is stuck i did refresh and yes i do see different scrips and price are fine on side scale but on buy/sell button at top, the price are of only 1 specific scrip on all 4 charts.

I did raised a ticket for point 1 and point 2 but team said “we dont see this problem on our end” does this mean your customers a fool that they raising a ticket. Dear Team I have video about problems I will surely share with you what we face.

no, price does not move. no chart ploting, no price movement only elapse time of the current candle keep on moving

@Arun11 We would need to understand your web application config and reproduce the issue on your device to understand the issue in detail.

Some information we’re looking at -

  • Charts unresponsive issue is happening regularly or intermittently for you ?
  • Is it happening for all segments/Scrips or for some specific chart?

On opening two windows where I have two different charts. If I come back to previous window after sometime the candle sticks become so clumsy and slender and again I have to re-adjust the chart. This wastes precious time which many times impairs trading.

I am facing Chart loading problem in my Angel One Mobile App ( Android version ) in my user id NNHJ1023

The chart loading missing lot of time. Message coming " Something Went wrong". If it load then it did not fully loaded i.e. Description of Script, Time frame etc is not visible

It happend specially in evening time at Crudeoil Charts

The following are the additional information for your reference.

a. The Mobile was on Home Wifi with 30GB download speed*
b. Cache memory clear before using*
c. Data from App also cleared before using.*
d. There is more than sufficient storage space in Mobile’s internal memory*
e. The latest version of the App is already downloaded.*

Hi @HISOKA We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Ideally that should’ve not been the case, we’re escalating this issue. We hope we’re able to respond to your query here :

  1. We are constantly working on improving our user experience and will need more specific device/network details to debug accurately - We will try to connect on DM to identify and solve loading/hanging issues
  2. Drawings and Layouts are being saved on tab level and will persist even if you refresh your application browser tabs. In order to access the analysis done by you on next day, I would suggest to save your charts layout or mark you favourite analysis as Default Layout . The saved layouts remain intact even if you clear your device cache or switch between TradingView and ChartIQ.
  3. We’re also working on a solution to sync unsaved layouts across multiple devices, ensuring they aren’t lost when clearing your device cache
  4. For the price issue you mentioned on Buy/Sell CTA , we have prioritised and working to solve soonest

@hiteshramani It is allowed on platform. Please share your specific scenario where you are facing issue while placing AMO orders.

There are many problems i am facing.

  1. when you modify stoploss order in mobile app on chart by just dragging the order on chart to the level at which i want my new stoploss to be placed, it should show me the new price where i have moved my level by dragging. But instead it shows the same old price and then i have to manually input new trailing stoploss which takes a lot of time and hence my trade gets affected. Its very annoying due to delay in inputs manually. Also if i have taken a intraday trade then if am putting a stoploss on chart by dragging it , the carry forward option is selected by default and i have to manually change it, which again takes time and affects my trade. This drag and drop function is made for quick access and quick trading, but due to this small problem it is getting difficult to trade quickly.
  2. my selected fav tools and their settings disapper when every i am logged out.
  3. all the charts drawings also get deleted when u logout.
