Hi @AngelOne & PMs-
Can we have a feature to add an alert on the horizontal/vertical/arrow or any markup line the way it is in tradingview? This feature eases & facilitates alert as soon as the price reaches these based on the defined condition.

There is a new feature in Grow i.e. Safe Exit.
In that, all the positions get squared off automatically at a certain limit of loss which is set manually. Please get this update as soon as possible.

Kindly have a look of this suggested feature to have in the AngelOne Web chart.

The issue you mentioned has been identified, and a fix will be available in upcoming releases.
Please keep an eye out for them.

Could you also please provide the version of the application installed on your mobile device?

Please make the Alerts available in Incognito / Private mode in browsers. Make it same as it is in Zerodha.

@AngelOne & PMs + Tech Lead/Team- That’s true. Even I experienced that many times and I had to bear the brunt as my commodity trade was ON. I even talked to the customer care but they were of no help as I can understand the reason. Pls. look in this highest priority bug. Also pls. do note that this is an inconsistent observation and can come any time with no steps to replicate to share as of now.

  1. We understand that introducing “One Click Drag Order Line” behaviour without asking for manual input on order pad is extremely useful for traders as it will save significant time. As of now we have Instant Order Feature Live on Web application , which will help you to modify and drag order line instantly. Your Mobile feedback is appreciated and we will update you on this.
    Also, Carry Forward selection on order pad is a technical bug and thanks for highlighting it to us! We’ll update you on this as well.

2&3. In order to access the charts drawing done by you on next day or after logout, we would suggest to save your charts layout or mark your favourite analysis as Default Layout on web application (Default Layout is web only feature). The saved layouts remain intact even if you clear your device cache or switch between TradingView and ChartIQ.
We’re also working on a solution to sync unsaved layouts across multiple devices, ensuring they aren’t lost when clearing your device cache.

We already have indicator-based technical alerts and price-based alerts live on our web platform. We are looking to improve our alerts ecosystem.

Hey @CNK The saved chart layouts can be accessed from the Angel One web and mobile apps. These saved layouts do not get cleared even if you clear the cache from your device or switch between TradingView or ChartIQ. Our team is working on a solution to ensure that the layouts that are not saved by you get sync’d between multiple devices and they don’t get cleared when you clear the device cache.

Yes, that’s there and I am using that as well. But, my point mentioned here is w.r.t. alert marking on any line (horizontal, vertical, arrow etc.). If you look in tradingview, probably my request can be understood better.
Futher, w.r.t. the existing alert feature, can you enhance the feature like, as soon as an alert is set on a chart, a dotted marking/line on the chart comes on? Again, tradingview can give you an insight on this as well. Having a mark on the chart for the alert keeps the trader aware of the alert that’s marked. Otherwise, trader may forget practically where the alert was set unless he scrolls through the Alert page/ section in the AngelOne platform.

But just help me with this one more thing. Are u guys working on something which i just mentioned about the charts not in sync . Like on web version and the mobile app both platforms i have to draw on my charts again and again. In trading view app it just synca your drawing whether u draw on mobile or web. Please work on this feature. Because being a swing trader i have to see a 100 charts daily and it becomes very difficult at times to draw on both platforms.
