Urgent Feedback on AngleOne’s TradingView Integration
Inconsistent Markings: TradingView.com: Markings (trendlines, support/resistance, indicators, drawings) appear on both the website and app. AngleOne.com: Markings made on the TradingView chart within AngleOne’s site do not sync with the AngleOne app’s TradingView chart, and vice versa.
Cache & Cookie Issues:
• Clearing cache and cookies in the AngleOne app erases all manually set markings. This does not happen with the Trading View app.
Chart Switching Problem:
• Switching from TradingView chart to ChartiQ and back within the AngleOne app settings deletes all drawings on the TradingView chart.
Impact:
• This continuous issue is a significant blunder. Imagine the ridiculous, horrifying time a user invests to carefully draw and calculate support, resistance, and other indicators, only to have them disappear.
I just had some charts plotted and saved throughout this week them to wait for opportunity but I login into my account today(on same device and browser) and it’s all gone! I only see a few extremely old saved layouts that I had deleted, all my new ones are gone please assist me and restore them
