SIP mutual fund "order being processed by exchange"

hello guys

so as you can see in this image, i have invested some money on 4th april and the expected date under the “order being processed by exchange” changes every day to show the next days date
its was 08 yesterday(5,6,7(correspondingly) days before) now its 09th as for today, will be 10th soon
and 11th and so on

i dont know if its common or if i am encountering an error
i cant create a ticket because it shows me this error no matter how many times i try(refer the image)

i just want my sip order to be completed proprely

please let me know any information which might help

An error similar to this was occurring in my account, after sharing my problem agent from angel one contacted me and helped me to sort the problem.

yeah its fixed this morning now, i hope this wont be common and i will have to do this every order
