I had applied for IPO’s for IREDA, TATA TECHNOLOGIES & GANDHAR OIL. Though received SMS that UPI mandate has been sent, I could not found any mandate request on my UPI dashboard of the bank app to approve for. Though I have maintained sufficient balance in the account but in absence of no pending request at the UPI dashboard I am unable to approve them. I had checked with bank and tested the UPI by sending mandate request from my son’s account and found it was properly getting reflected. UPI I’d is perfectly okay but am unable to understand the reason. An advice to get it corrected will be highly appreciated.
