Charts 101 AMA with Angel One | 20th August | 03:30 PM - 06:30 PM

i am having same issue,working on charts are not saving automaticully, and i have turned off “Auto” mode in charts but every time i change time frame it turnes on automaticlly which was not the case previously. please help

Also, the dragging of stop loss doesn’t work, i have to manually put the trigger price and limit price, and its too annoying.

We have the trade functionality live on charts across our web and mobile platforms, allowing users to place various orders such as Market, Limit, and Stop Loss. All users can place ‘Instant Orders’—one-click orders directly from charts on our web platform. In addition to placing orders, we also offer features to modify orders through the Open Order Line and Positions Line plotted on charts.

Please let us know if you are looking for something more specific when you mentioned Trading View Direct Trade feature.

How can I see volume in numbers for a particular time frame?

Hi @rishit.dedhia13, Multi Chart view is available on our Web application and it is available for free to all our users. We are evaluating the integration of TradingView’s multi chart view on the mobile app too. However, we feel reading chart becomes difficult when you have multi chart view enabled on mobile screen - especially when it is more than 2 screens.

Auto Save in chart and Chart setting is a must have feature in angel one, also need to be synced the drawing & Setting in web and mobile app.
It’s really annoying to deal with absence of this feature. If this feature doesnt come out quickly then have to shut down account and will switch over to other.

How can I set particular one chart set up to open ,when I click on new chart (trade one)

As of now in order to drag Open Order Line plotted on Charts Mobile , you will need to select and drag the line.
We are working on improving this drag experience for the users.

On Scalper mode, we’ve noted your query, will get back to you once we have an update.

@sajit.nandkumar when are you launching the scalper mode for phone? And the stop loss dragging feature doesn’t work, it always needs to put values in trigger price and limit price. Please make it easier for scalper like us.

The latest update has unfortunately marred the experience of using Angel One charts.

Hi @manojangelone, are you referring to Pine Script option that is available on TradingView’s website? Pine Script is an offering specific to TradingView and it’s community. Although TradingView charting library is integrated on the Angel One app, the SDK we have integrated has some limitations compared to the offerings that you see on TradingView’s website.

@hellorahees You can access your saved chart layouts across both the Angel One web and mobile app. These layouts remain intact even if you clear your device cache or switch between TradingView and ChartIQ.
We’re also working on a solution to sync unsaved layouts across multiple devices, ensuring they aren’t lost when clearing your device cache.

Since the latest update, I’ve encountered a problem where my chart changes aren’t being saved automatically. Even though I’ve disabled the ‘Auto’ mode, it keeps reactivating every time I switch time frames, which wasn’t an issue before. Can you please help resolve this?
