Trading is not allowed in the selected contract due to low liquidity - for future order?

Hi Team,
what is the rule applied for “low liquidity”, today i tried for NIFTY 15 FEB 21900 CE for intraday trade.
what is stopping here to do next week trade but validality on today only? … i’m getting these after union budget onwards…

kindly let usknow the reason for this error?
