Praveg Limited experienced a rise of more than 4 percent in its stock price following an acquisition of a 2.18 percent stake in the company by Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio.
Patel Ashaben Vishnukumar, a promoter, reduced her ownership in the firm by selling a 2.85 percent stake. Goldman Sachs Funds, through their India Equity Portfolio, acquired 534,171 equity shares, equivalent to a 2.18 percent stake, at an average price of Rs 850 per share.
