Hi , I am facing issue with Angle one web application, chart are not loading, every time need to refresh and it refresh also taking too much time. Facing this issue from 1 week. As per information on Angleone site, cleared cache , try with changing browser but same issue. Can you help on this to resolve issue as earliest.
same problem I am also facing right now, give proper solution for this problem my CLIENT ID - B59…47 and also when it run 1 week back, I am not able to save chart layout from different chrome tabs for different trading instrument chart
up to now what I do for solve this problem from my side is
- reset chrome settings, clear catch data, reinstall chrome also and try to run on other browser too…
- change my device and run on Linux based other operating system but same problem occurred
- format my system and reinstall OS but still problem is not solve so I can conclude that this problem is not about user device system but it generate by angel one web side
