Godrej Properties Limited saw an increase in its stock price following the announcement that it has signed agreements to develop a township project on a 62-acre land in North Bengaluru.The company had initially entered into an agreement to purchase this land parcel in 2014, but the development couldn’t start then. However, in recent months, plans for the development on this land have progressed, and the company anticipates launching the first phase of development in the upcoming financial year.
