In New IPO, I see UPI mandate pending even after confirmation on my bank app. It shows expired later but remains active in bank. Not sure which one is correct.
Hey @Kkpareek , in some cases you don’t receive the updated status from the exchange. We have identified this issue and are working on a backup solution, which is in the pipeline. For now, you don’t have to worry since you have received the confirmation from the bank.
