Mutual Fund Missing No Response to Ticket

I transfered some mutual funds and shared to AngelOne demat account from another demat account. But 1 Mutual fund is missing in AngelOne Platform (App & Web). Created ticket to resolve the issue and not getting any response than the automated reply. Hope you will address the issue immediately. My Ticket No: 20767129
