HDFC and HDFC Bank Merger

Hi everyone,

There is a merger coming on the 13th of July where HDFC is merging with HDFC bank.

Here’s what you should know:

  1. HDFC will stop trading from the 13th of July
  2. HDFC shareholders to receive 42 HDFC Bank shares for every 25 HDFC shares held
  3. Any open FnO position of HDFC will be squared off with the last closing price of HDFC
