I am writing to bring to your attention a discrepancy I have noticed regarding my recent stock purchase of Campus. As per my contract note, the purchase price was Rs. 220.30, which aligns with my records. However, when I check the app, it displays an average buy price of Rs. 220.56.
This difference of 26 paise is concerning, especially since I have not encountered similar issues with other brokers. As an investor, accuracy and transparency are crucial to me, and I rely on the information provided by your platform.
Could you kindly investigate this matter and provide clarification on why there is a variance between the contract note and the app? Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could rectify the discrepancy promptly.
