I have been trying to activate MFd account since 2 months, i got suppot till them and now i have tried mailing calling but no kne is helpng or responding. I am loosing clients because my account is not activated. I am i the verge or loosing a potential big cleint because you guys are not helping me. For starting an account woth any other broker eould take more time now
Please help me. Its already two months. Everytime i try to call its says call from the registered phone number though i am calling from the registered number.
