Amount block but mandate expired

Amount for IPO Tata Technologies Ltd was blocked from my account but Angel One no showing Payment, Then I canceled the IPO and applied for the IPO on 22 September 2023 still my application wasn’t approved and Amount is also blocked. When will rupees be unblocked?
