I have placed an order for Mutual Funds on 4 September and have got mails from AMCs regarding the buy but AngelOne portfolio is still not updated (has been 4 days since the transaction).

Please share the update or solution!

1.Daily NAV gets update with different timings.

2.Minimum sip/One time investment amount shows daily different i,e motilal oswal microcap 250 index funds minimum was 500rs but it shows some time 100rs.

3.Mutual fund page has very slow in app very laggy some times it shows error while opening page.

I ordered mutual funds two days ago, but it is still showing as ‘Order is being processed by exchange’ and the estimated time keeps on increasing daily to the next day as shown below.


Could anyone advise on the same?

Despite being in the industry for more than 2 decades, it’s disappointing to see that there is no option of SWP in the mutual funds section.
Also, there are no further options to setup automation in STP as well.

I request team to provide the timeline of features that you’re planning to develop in next 1 to 2 years, so that I can plan my investments accordingly.

@AngelOne Do you now support Mutual Fund Pledging? Do you charge interest for Stocks or MF pledged?

But I could pledge one Gilt Fund. What is restrited?

I am investing in ARQ PRIME portfolio. I wish to make SIP type investment but don’t see that option. Is it possible to provide the option?

I bought these funds in 2021 in mutual funds segment now i dont find the finds in mutual funds aswell as in stocks or in ETF segment, and im followingup with angel one support since an year. This is a clear indication that angel one doesn’t give importance to its customers either in service or in support. Why are we paying brokerage to @AngelOne ?

When i select any mutual fund plan then my screen goes completely blank. I have updated the app and chrome also. No improvement, same problem occurring again . Please help me in resolve this issue.

  1. We acknowledge the delays on the portfolio update and we’re working on adhering to industry standard timeline.
  2. Minimum amount is updated regularly by the AMCs and hence you might have seen this change.

Yes. We do support pledging of mutual funds.

Yes we do charge for pledging.
A fixed transaction fee of ₹20 + GST is charged for each pledge and un-pledge request, regardless of the number of shares. For Basic Services Demat Account (BSDA) clients, the fee is ₹50 per ISIN for each transaction.

On the Gilt fund related question, please allow us to come back on the list of mutual funds which are allowed/restricted from pledging.
