Account opening & kyc verification

I’m opening my angel one account 7-10 days before, but still now no any single response by angel one team. I am highly dissatisfied with your services as:

  1. I haven’t received any call yet for help regarding the account opening process

  2. Although I received client code but on logging getting error message “Invalid user id"

3.Most importantly I am not able to contact customer service even after opening my account and receiving the client code.

Please complete the activation process within 1 or 2 days if possible as it has already taken you a lot of time to open the account. otherwise i would choose another option

Just 1 week ago I have submitted KRA document manually but still not getting validation update from your side. and my account also blocked from your side, that’s why my trading is totally stop, I request you to please do the verification a little quickly so that I can work. If you take so much time from each customers, you also know that customers have many options regarding Demat.
Please I request you to do it quickly…

I have the similar experience, I have tried to open an account on this platform but it was rejected. The reason is showing in, selfie and signature issue,but there is no option to edit or correct it. I tried to reach the authorities but they have not responded yet. It was almost a month.
