Account not valid , error code 16585

I am unable to trade as one error code is coming on my demat interface 16585…even customer care is unable to help me out.

I am also facing the same issue. Error: 16585 Not a Valid Account Number while i place an order. Please support, as i didnt receive any proper response on raising a Ticket or email.
