About inactive stock

I had one of stock (105 shares) and I sold and got money back. Still in portifolio showing 105 shares as in active.

I had raised request to delete my angleone account, but due to inactive stock they are unable to remove my account.

I request how can this inactive stock got cleared and my angleone account can be removed.
