Closing Bell: Nifty 50 and Sensex Closed Higher as Realty and Auto Stocks Gains
The 30-share Sensex advanced 90.88 points or 0.11% to 83,079.66, while the NSE Nifty 50 added 34.80 points or 0.14% to settle at 25,418.55.

Sectoral Performance
Nifty Realty, Nifty Consumer Durables, Nifty Auto, Nifty Private Bank and Nifty IT were the top gaining sectors with a rise of 0.61%, 0.49%, 0.26%, 0.17% and 0.14%, respectively. Media and PSU Banking stocks slipped during the session. Nifty Media and Nifty PSU Bank sectors fell 1.19% and 0.58%, to 2,114.05 and 6,675.40, respectively.

Hero Motocorp, Bajaj Auto, Bharti Airtel, NTPC and M&M were the top gainers for the day, while
Tata Motors, Eicher Motors, Tata Steel, Coal India, and JSW Steel were the top losers on the NSE.
