Regarding mutual fund

On 28 feb I placed a order for the Axis liquid fund of amount rupees 6,50,000 . The amount debited from my hdfc account but till now
I didn’t received any unit of Axis liquid fund,
Neither I received my debited amount back in my account . So please refund my amount within 24 hours.
It takes 1 day more than the last 7 days, if you talk to customer care they say sir wait, it will be done today, it will be done tomorrow, what should I do now

Please anyone help me
