Payment Status Not Updated for IREDA IPO

I have Applied for IREDA IPO . Payment Mandate already accepted 2 hr before cut off time , but payment status not yet updated in ipo section. It is showing that payment mandate was expired . Now please resolve this issue as I accepted the payment mandate way ahead of cut off time.
