Open Order is not getting updated nor cancelled so not able to exit my position.

I too face the same issue. I’ve been trying to cancel my order in sensex options and I couldn’t cancel or edit the open order. This is so annoying that my profits are right in front of me and I couldn’t book them due to the technical glitch of the platform. Even the customer care is not responding. Whenever I raise a ticket, they are just texting a templates message. Please someone help me fix this.

Here is the screenshot, I’ve cancelled the order but it’s still there is the open positions tab and I couldn’t place any other order.
