I asked few questions related to HUF investment but nobody replies. These are important as it will determine whether to open HUFaccount or not. But even after various emails, they do not reply. Once i got a call and she told she will mark it. But hardly anybody responds. I am wondering if their customer support is like this now, then what will happen after account opening

When i send query regarding account opening, i get a reply that please share your client code or email from your registered email id.
Your customer support do not even read the email before replying. and once you reply back, there is no response further on that ticket. they will respond only once.
