My equity portfolio holdings not showing and not able to place the order. KYC details are updated but it is pending from last 2 weeks. Raised ticket but not yet resolved the issue. without addressing the issue ticket closed and mentioned as resubmit the documents. but unable to resubmit the documents, showing KYC Documents Submitted. kindly do the needful.
Hi @Nithya the team checked at their end and we found that the code is active, would request you to please relogin using the client code and then place orders and check, if any issue occurs please share the error screenshot for further investigation.
