My Commodity Segment activated but my order is instantly rejected

My commodity segment was activated long before. But to my surprise my 1st commodity order on CRUDEOILM for Aug 2024 dtd 25.07.24 was instantly rejected showing “client code not activated”. Why is it so? This rejected order is not showing in my app in orders section from today . It’s not visible. I have created a ticket for this issue. Please resolve ASAP and resolution date when can I trade in commodity.

Already filled the above form. REPEATEDLY again and again today my commodity option order rejected instantly showing my “client code inactivated”. What’s the issue??? Talked with your support team but still my order getting rejected. I have tried everything refreshing app, reinstalling app but still same issue. Screenshot attached. KINDLY DO NOT DRAG THE ISSUE. CLEARLY PLEASE TELL WHEN MY ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED. Thanks
