Mutual funds transferred not showing up in the portfolio

I have on process of moving from zerodha to angel one. As part of that I transferred my mutual fund holdings in demat form from zerodha’s demat to the demat mapped with angel one using CDSL easieasiest. I am able to see the transferred funds in the angel one demat if I login to CDSL. However in the angel one app it is not showing up. Can anyone tell me what should I do?

If you can see the transferred funds in your CDSL account but they are not showing up in the Angel One app, it could be due to a few reasons:

  • High Volume of Requests: There may be a high volume of fund addition requests, which can delay the update of your balance. Please wait for about 15 minutes and check again.
  • Bank Account Issues: Ensure that the funds were added from the bank account registered with Angel One. If the funds were added from an unregistered bank account, the amount might be deducted but will be credited back in 3-4 working days.

First of all it has been over 5 days now. And second thing the update I am getting from you people are vague. I mean what is the relation between a bank account and mutual funds transferred between two demats? So far no one knows where is the issue. Pathetic customer service.
