MPS Interactive Systems Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of MPS Limited, has officially announced that it has agreed to purchase a 65% stake in the issued and paid-up capital of several entities, namely Liberate Learning Pty Ltd, Liberate eLearning Pty Ltd, App-eLearn Pty Ltd (all based in Australia), and Liberate Learning Limited (based in New Zealand), collectively referred to as the “Liberate Group.”
The company will acquire the remaining 35% ownership of these entities within the Liberate Group in future phases, following an agreed valuation approach as outlined in the transaction agreements.
Founded in 2010 under the leadership of Rodney Beach (Group Managing Director), the Liberate Group has positioned itself as a significant player. Its core focus lies in furnishing digital, blended learning, and training remedies to both its well-established clientele and a progressively growing customer network.
Liberate Group specializes in pioneering blended and digital learning solutions, extending consultancy services, and aiding clients in formulating and implementing eLearning approaches. The company boasts a dedicated patronage, predominantly encompassing esteemed corporate entities, governmental divisions at both state and national levels, and the most prominent educational establishments across Australia.
As of writing this article, the company’s shares are trading at Rs 1575.50, up by Rs 61.35 or 4.05% from the previous day’s closing price of Rs 1514.15 each on the BSE.
