Help me with my account

Regarding reactivation of the account due to inactive. Now u want to use my account but showing kyc not complete help me with this issue .

To reactivate your dormant account, you need to ensure that your KYC (Know Your Customer) is complete. If your account is showing that KYC is not complete, here are the steps you can follow:

  1. Check KYC Status: Log into your Angel One account to check the status of your KYC application. You can do this by opening the Angel One app, entering your mobile number or client code, and verifying the OTP.
  2. Re-upload Documents: If your KYC application is on hold due to issues like signature validation, PAN validation, or other document-related issues, you will receive a link via email and SMS to re-upload the required documents.
  3. Wait for Communication: If you haven’t received any communication regarding your KYC status, please wait for 2 working days. The sales team will get in touch with you.
  4. Complete KYC: Ensure that all required documents are submitted correctly to avoid delays in the reactivation process.
