Order Details:

GE T&D India Limited, a part of GE Vernova’s Grid Solutions business, has secured orders worth approximately Rs 370 crores from Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL) for the supply of 765 kV Shunt Reactors for PGCIL’s various transmission system projects in India. These projects aim to facilitate the integration of renewable energy into the national electricity grid and enhance electricity transmission within the country, including Rajasthan and Karnataka.

The company will be responsible for providing the complete equipment package, including design, engineering, manufacturing, testing, erection, and commissioning of the 765 kV class reactors at the designated transmission substation sites. The reactors are scheduled for delivery in FY25-26.

Today, the company’s shares commenced trading at Rs 875 per share, which is higher compared to the preceding day’s closing figure of Rs 871.90 per share. During the intraday trading session, the stock reached highs and lows of Rs 915.45 and Rs 840 respectively. Eventually, the company’s shares concluded at Rs 869.55 per share on the BSE.
