My account was suspended due to rekyc which I was not able to do from the angle one app so as oer the instructions from support team I submitted all the documents and kyc form using email. Till yesterday even after almost a week of me submitting the kyc it was no completed. Also my equity portfolio is still missing for some reason. I have tried giving your support a call mutliple times but after the hold music the call is cut automatically every single time. I raised a ticket and asked them to give me a call but nothing yet.
When will I be able to see my portfolio? why is the service below mediocre? if i am trying for a week I should atleast get a call back once…
Hi @Akhil We are sorry to hear about the disappointing experience you faced, can you please help us with your Client ID? Also, just to confirm, have you linked your PAN-Aadhaar as it has been made a mandate as per the regulatory norms.
