Dematerialized holdings not available in portfolio

I converted my directly brought MF holdings to Demat with Angel One and Demat process was completed last month, CDSL records are up to date. The problem however is that Angle One app or website does not show any of these holdings in my portfolio.

Angel One support team is advising to change RIA which I also submitted, knowing that it’s totally unnecessary and Demat units cannot be assigned an RIA anyway. But that did not help either. Support ticket #24886922.

This issue is restricting my ability to transact in these holdings. But Angel One does not seem to take it seriously. I noticed many people face this issue with Angel One.
