Technical team of Angel one is not efficient or they don’t want to work as I raised my issues almost 10 days from now related to loading of chart layouts but there is no satisfactory solution yet from there side even after repeated follow ups and after sharing the videos of the issue. Angel one has standard format which they send evey time which is nothing to do with the root cause of the issues. I noticed many persons are facing the same issue but they are least bothered.

I am encountering a recurring issue where indicators and any drawings I create are not being saved upon logging out of the application. To retain this data, I am required to save it within the layout. In cases where I forget to do so, all the work needs to be redone. This was not the case a week ago when everything was automatically saved. The current situation is highly inconvenient, and I kindly request a resolution to this matter.
