Hi @Wasim We got a response from the team stating that your account was frozen due to KRA validation. Now, as the KRA validation request has been validated by the KRA agency, the reactivation is in process and It may take 48 hours for reactivation.
We believe the same has been communicated to you via Email. We would request you to kindly wait for 48 hours and check, if you still face any issue, please feel free to raise it here and we’ll get it fixed for you, ASAP!
