Unable to place order in commodities even after activating it in derivatives segment.

I have the same issue. Commodity segment activation done but could not place the order.
Order gets rejected stating
Exchange. Client ID not registered.
Kindly rectify the problem at the earliest

Did anyone’s issue here got solved? If yes, what to do and how many days does it take for resolving? Facing the same issue

Do you allow the use of margin facility obtained through collateral pledging to trade in Commodities? If yes, is it available for selling options and futures trading as well?

After pledging collateral, you can use it to trade in commodities for the equivalent margin. However, you won’t receive leverage in FnO

HI @AngelOne & @ProductManagerTeam,

Can you think of allowing customization of timeframes as per traders’ requirement. I just now happened to look at Upstox (discount broker) web TV chart and I saw that it allows even 5H, 6H, 7H, 11H, 12H, 18H etc. customization which is very useful, particularly in Commodity trading.
Since, you being a full service broker, I think it’s imperative that you seriously implement this enhancement with a P1 priority in your backlog and pickup a story in the earliest Sprint as possible.
