Activated clients not reflecting into nxt sub broker platform

I am a mutual fund distributer and already associated with angel one , now the issue is my activating clients is not reflecting in to my nxt platform , (sub code-HANI ) already multiple mailed to mfhelpdesk@angelbroking.com ,support@angelbroking.com , but still issue is not resolve only multiple ticket number 19630369 , 19630176 , 19482537 , 18166687, 19335772 , 19336004 , 19780126, recieved from your side ,

i am unable to add new clients request you to please provide me mf acces link and please map my activated clients which is still not showing into my nxt platform , below new clients which is not reflecting ,

tonns of mailed i have already sent you ,but my simple query still nmot resolve, only ticket number has been recieved from your side ,please check my above message multiple ticket number i have already mentioned which are pending from almost two weeks but still simple query not resolve ,
