Account is not activated even over the 5days

Hi,
I have registered for Angel account on 5th June 2024. Till now it is not yet activated. Showing application status ‘activation in progress’ even over 3 days this status.
Every day I see status as we have received the documents and it takes 3 days for activation.
It is more than 5 days and still not activated.
I couldn’t see client id or other for reference. I have my mobile number.
